Can I switch between cloud and self-hosted?
Yes. You can export your data from the cloud version and import it into a self-hosted instance at any time. We provide migration tooling to make this seamless.
What happens when I exceed the free tier limits?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your limits. Once reached, you won't be able to create new documents or signing requests until the next billing cycle, or until you upgrade to the Team plan.
Do I need a license to self-host?
No. The Community edition is free under AGPL-3.0. You can self-host without any license as long as you comply with the AGPL-3.0 terms. The Enterprise self-hosted license adds a commercial license, priority support, and upcoming enterprise features like SSO.
Is there a trial for Team plans?
Yes. All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually.
